I guess I don't know that much about Wikipedia or its terms and intricacies. However, I felt that an article specifically explaining the 10-13 code was useful. 10-13 has a significant meaning for NYPD cops. Since the NYPD is regailed as a widely-known and reputable police department, I thought a special article on one of the most, if not the most, important NYPD ten codes would serve useful.
